Mars Saturn Planetary War, Yoga of Tarot Revised Edition and a Trip to India
April 4 marks the exact conjunction of two powerful malefics, Mars and Saturn. We’ve already felt the precursors of this yuddh ( planetary war) with the outbreak of a devastating war in Ukraine. As both planetary and geo-political tensions affect all of us, the greatest challenge and gift of these divisive times is to create peace within. Turning inward through meditation and prayer is a way to let your peace reverberate outward into the world. Charitable acts or donations are especially powerful on Saturdays or Tuesdays.
In Ventura, the exact conjunction occurs at 6:40p (18:40) in the sign Capricorn and the Nakshatra Dhanishta. Mars is exalted and Saturn in its domicile. Additionally, Dhanishta is ruled by Mars in Saturn’s sign Capricorn making this asterism especially powerful on several levels.
Personally, if Mars or Saturn is prominent in your chart, for example your Lagna lord, Dasha Lord, or Atmakaraka, you may feel intense personal effects. Your individual experience will depend on the houses of your chart. Mantra practice with Shani and Mangal mantras can help integrate this energy in a positive way. (Mantras given below).
Interested in learning Tarot? I’m happy to announce that Yoga of Tarot Complete Tarot course is getting ready to release a fully updated and revised edition. I’ve taken your feedback and improved the course, as well as expanded the history sections to reflect my year-long deep dive into Tarot’s fascinating 500 year history.
And lastly, now that travel has opened up, I’m going India! I’ll be gone from the end of March until June. During this time, Tarot readings will be available via e-mail and astrology charts will be offered through the Digital DIY kits. The Yoga of Tarot course manual is available as a first draft of the new revised edition.
