Re-scheduling & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you purchase a reading or private class and can’t keep the appointment, I will happily re-schedule you ONE TIME if you contact me with 24 hours notice.

If you cancel with LESS than 24 hours notice, I can not refund or re-schedule as I have likely turned-away another client by reserving that spot for you.

If you no-show or cancel a second time please don’t ask for a refund. I’ve already dedicated time and effort to prepare for your appointment and possibly turned-away other clients.

Refunds Policy - Tarot Readings:

Please explore my site and get a feeling for my style before you purchase. If for some reason, you don’t feel a good connection you may request a partial refund (unused time minus processing fees). Not sure? Book a shorter reading to start. It’s much easier to add time than issue a partial refund.

Refunds Policy - astrology Readings:

NO refunds. If you’ve purchased a reading I’ve already spent several hours calculating your charts. You also will have received an actual product (PDF files of your charts)

Refunds Policy - GROUP Classes

NO REFUNDS for classes. You have received an actual product (PDF course book). Due to small class size, if you bought a “seat” in class that means someone else couldn’t buy that seat. I always offer a make-up class or Zoom Q&A session for students who miss a class.
